HOW TO MEASURE

Women’s Tops:
- Bust: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest and measure the full circumference.
- Waist: Measure the full circumference of your natural waistline - right above your hips. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.
- Hips: Measure the full circumference at the fullest point of the hips (including your bum).

Women’s Sports Bras:
- Bust: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest and measure the full circumference.
- Under bust: Measure the full circumference of the underbust, where the band of your bra would naturally sit.
Pro-tip: A larger size will provide a slightly looser band fit. A smaller size will be slightly tighter. You decide what feels best.

Women’s Bottoms:
- Waist: Measure the full circumference of your natural waistline - right above your hips. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.
- Hips: Measure the full circumference at the fullest point of the hips (including your bum).
FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT
We understand that women’s bodies come in all different shapes and sizes - it’s part of what makes us all unique.
That’s why we’ve put together a list of ‘fit tips’ to work alongside our size guide and provide extra guidance - beyond just numbers and letters.
- Prior to making your purchase, we always recommend taking your body’s measurements. You can find further guidance on how to do this below.
- In instances where your waist measurement is one size smaller than your hip measurement, we recommend opting for the bigger size. For example, if your waist measurement is equal to a size S, but your hip measurement is equal to a size M, we’d recommend a size M.
- In instances where your waist measurement is two sizes smaller than your hip measurement, we’d suggest choosing the size in between. For example, if your waist measurement is equal to a size S, but your hip measurement is equal to a size L, we’d recommend a size M.
- All of our styles run true to size. However, certain styles are designed with greater stretch or a relaxed or oversized fit. Therefore, please refer to our product descriptions for the specific fit of each garment.
- We use a diverse collection of models to illustrate our products on different body types. Please refer to product descriptions for the size and height of each model.
Between sizes?
If your measurements are in between those listed in our size guide, we suggest choosing the next size up.
However, only you know what it feels like to perform your best. If you prefer a more compressive, second-skin fit, you may be better suited to a smaller size. If you prefer a fit that offers greater flexibility, choose the next size up.
